YFC Prayer Requests and Praises for April 29 – May 4, 2015

Wednesday – Praise God for the staff retreat last week and pray for our staff as we gather this morning for our staff meeting.

Pray for me as I have several meetings this afternoon with potential volunteers/staff people and with current staff as well.

Thursday – Continue to ask God to bless this ministry with the financial resources needed to pay our bills and staff on time each pay period this year.  Praise God for His provision during the last 10 months.  

Pray for our staff as they work on our two fundraising events this spring, Silent Auction (May 17) and Step By Step/Edge Olympics (June 6)

Friday - Pray for the youth connected in our ministries to grow closer to Christ and become more faithful in living for Christ.

Saturday – Pray for our Youth Leader Training event today. Pray for our YFC volunteers and church youth ministry staff and volunteers as they attend this training.  Pray specifically for Ray, John, Justin and our worship leaders as they have upfront leading roles.  Pray also for our small group leaders during the day.

Sunday – Pray for me as I give a ministry update at Rolling Hills Christian Fellowship this morning.  Praise God for the support this church gives to YFC.

Monday – Continue to pray for our ministry teams throughout the greater Capital Region as each week we build relationships with teens and share the hope that comes from knowing God through Jesus.  Pray for our teams in Albany, Schenectady, Cambridge, East Dorset, Scotia-Glenville, Greenville, Clifton Park, Averill Park and Bethlehem.

YFC Prayer Requests and Praises for April 21 - 28, 2015

Tuesday – Continue to ask God to bless this ministry with the financial resources needed to pay our bills and staff on time each pay period this year.  Praise God for His provision during the last 9 months.  

Wednesday and Thursday – Pray for the CDYFC staff as we are having our staff retreat today and tomorrow.

Friday – Praise God for a great time last Friday night at the Campus Life Lock In.  The teens were challenged to trust God and allow Him to have control over their lives.

Saturday – Pray for our staff as they work on our two fundraising events this spring, Silent Auction (May 17) and Step By Step/Edge Olympics (June 6)

Sunday – Pray for me as I give a ministry update at Grafton Community Church this morning.  Praise God for the support this church gives to YFC

Monday – Continue to pray for our ministry teams throughout the greater Capital Region as each week we build relationships with teens and share the hope that comes from knowing God through Jesus.  Pray for our teams in Albany, Schenectady, Cambridge, East Dorset, Scotia-Glenville, Greenville, Clifton Park, Averill Park and Bethlehem.

Tuesday – Pray for the teens that have recently started following Jesus, to grow in their knowledge of Him and learning to submit themselves to His ways.

YFC Prayer Requests and Praises for April 14 - 20, 2015

Tuesday – Praise for safe travel for the Shiloh Edge’s group and for me last week.  Praise for the training I received as a Discovery Coach.  Praise God for what He did in the lives of the teens and leaders on the Joshua Tree trip.

Continue to ask God to bless this ministry with the financial resources needed to pay our bills and staff on time each pay period this year.  Praise God for His provision during the last 9 months. (Praise - My ministry budget is back in the black coming out of March).

Wednesday – Continue to pray with us at YFC as we are seeking God to lead us to the next person to become our Parent Life Director.

Thursday – Pray for the teens in our YFC ministries that are struggling to see God as someone they can trust. Ask our Father to help these teens to see who He really is and what He has done for them.

Friday – Pray for the teens coming to the Campus Life Lock In tonight.  Pray for safe travel on Saturday morning as teens and leaders return home after being up all night.  Pray for the teens to know God more intimately because they participated in this event.

Sunday – Pray for me as I give a ministry update at Third Presbyterian Church in Troy this morning.  Praise God for the support this church gives to YFC

Monday – Continue to pray for our ministry teams throughout the greater Capital Region as each week we build relationships with teens and share the hope that comes from knowing God through Jesus.  Pray for our teams in Albany, Schenectady, Cambridge, East Dorset, Scotia-Glenville, Greenville, Clifton Park, Averill Park and Bethlehem.

YFC Prayer Requests and Praises for April 7 - 13, 2015

Tuesday – Pray for me as I travel (fly) to Denver today for the Discovery Coach training.

Continue to ask God to bless this ministry with the financial resources needed to pay our bills and staff on time each pay period this year.  Praise God for His provision during the last 9 months.

 (Praise - My ministry budget is back in the black coming out of March).

Wednesday – Pray for me as I begin the Discovery Coach training today.

Pray for the 6 adults and 8 teens on the Shiloh’s Edge trip at Joshua Tree National Park.

Pray with us at YFC as we are seeking God to lead us to the next person to become our Parent Life Director.

Thursday – Pray for the teens coming to the Campus Life Lock In (April 17-18) to draw closer to Jesus.  Pray for the staff that are planning and preparing for this event.

Pray for me as continue taking the Discovery Coach training today.

Friday – Pray for me as I fly home today from Denver.

Pray for our staff as they work on our two fundraising events this spring, Silent Auction (May 17) and Step By Step/Edge Olympics (June 6)

Saturday – Pray for the teens and adults coming home today from the Joshua Tree trip.

Sunday – Praise God for the churches that we partner with to reach teens for Christ.

Monday – Continue to pray for our ministry teams throughout the greater Capital Region as each week we build relationships with teens and share the hope that comes from knowing God through Jesus.  Pray for our teams in Albany, Schenectady, Cambridge, East Dorset, Scotia-Glenville, Greenville, Clifton Park, Averill Park and Bethlehem.
