YFC Prayer Requests and Praises for April 29 – May 5, 2014

Financial need for my ministry position (Ministry Development)

After the first nine months of YFC’s fiscal year there is a deficit in my position’s budget of approximately $14,172.  For April – June my position’s budget needs $11, 091 each month to make up the deficit for the first 9 months and end the fiscal in the black. Please pray for this financial need to be met by God’s people who believe in the cause of youth becoming life-long followers of Jesus.

Tuesday – Pray for a successful meeting this evening with the YFC/Albany Community Support Team.  Praise God for the adults who have agreed to serve on this ministry team.

Wednesday – Pray for the staff as we gather this morning for our staff meeting.  Praise God for Ray Lightcap as he leads us each week in a Bible study and time of prayer.

Thursday – Pray for our Parent Life ministry in Schenectady.  Praise God for the young moms that desire to grow closer to God.

Friday – Pray for our Scotia-Glenville Campus Life ministry that God is growing.  Pray for Allen Bishop as he learns to lead this ministry.

Saturday – Praise God for all the people that financially support this ministry to teens who need to know Jesus.

Sunday – Pray for me as I preach at Nassau Reformed Church this morning.

Monday – Pray for a successful meeting this evening with the YFC/Scotia-Glenville Community Support Team.  Praise God for the adults who have agreed to serve on this ministry team.

Financial need for my ministry position (Ministry Development)

Tuesday – Our staff retreat starts this morning and end son Thursday late morning.  Please pray for those coming into the retreat who are sick or have been sick.  Ask God to refresh us and give a common strategy for this next year.

Wednesday – Pray for the volunteers who will be leading ur Greenville Campus Life ministry this afternoon.

Thursday – Pray for the people coming tonight to tour our facility in Halfmoon and hear more about the ministry of YFC.

Friday – Pray for our ministry team in Scotia-Glenville as they meet with teens tonight.

Saturday – Pray for the people from a rehabilitation hospital coming to use The Edge this morning.

Sunday – Pray for my meeting this afternoon with the Scotia-Glenville Campus Life ministry team.  Pray for our Clifton Park Campus Life soccer ministry this evening.

Monday – Pray for our City Life ministry in Schenectady and our Cambridge Campus Life ministry tonight as they meet with teens.

Financial need for my ministry position (Ministry Development)

After the first nine months of YFC’s fiscal year there is a deficit in my position’s budget of approximately $14,172.  For April – June my position’s budget needs $11, 091 each month to make up the deficit for the first 9 months and end the fiscal in the black. Please pray for this financial need to be met by God’s people who believe in the cause of youth becoming life-long followers of Jesus.

Tuesday – Pray for our staff and volunteers on a climbing trip in Tennessee this week.  Pray for great conversations about Jesus to take place.

Wednesday –  Praise God for the opportunities He provides each week for YFC staff and volunteers to share the Gospel with teens,

Thursday – Pray for the teens in your community that do not know Jesus as their Savior.

Friday – Pray for the followers of Jesus in your community.

Saturday – Praise God for providing for His people in difficult times.

Sunday – Praise God for what He has been doing in your life this past year.

Monday – Pray for Khristian Collins, Albany City Life, as he joins our staff team today.

YFC Prayer Requests and Praises for April 8 - 14, 2014

Financial need for my ministry position (Ministry Development)

After the first eight months of YFC’s fiscal year there is a deficit in my position’s budget of approximately $12,200.  For March – June my position’s budget needs $9,405 per month to make up the deficit for the first 8 months and end the fiscal in the black. Please pray for this financial need to be met by God’s people who believe in the cause of youth becoming life-long followers of Jesus.

Tuesday – Pray for our City Life outreach in the Bellevue neighborhood of Schenectady that meets this afternoon.

Wednesday – Pray for our Campus Life outreach in Greenville that meets this afternoon and for our City Life outreach in Albany that meets tonight.

Thursday – Pray for our Campus Life outreach in East Dorset, VT that meets this afternoon and for our Parent Life outreach that meets on the second and fourth Thursday of the month.

Friday – Pray for our Campus Life outreach in Scotia-Glenville that meets tonight.

Saturday – Pray for Spencer Martin, who is working on joining our staff as the Afterschool Program Director.  He is hoping to have NY State approval in time for us to begin this new ministry for middle school students by the new school year.

Sunday – Pray for Clifton Park Campus Life Soccer ministry scheduled to begin tonight. (We hope to have the equipment by then).

Monday – Pray for our Campus Life outreach meetings in Clifton Park and Cambridge and our City Life outreach in Schenectady tonight.

Pray for the teens we minister to each week to make Godly decisions as they have this week off from school.
