Financial need
for my ministry position (Ministry Development)
After the first eight months of YFC’s fiscal year there
is a deficit in my position’s budget of approximately $12,200. For March – June my position’s budget needs $9,405
per month to make up the deficit for the first 8 months and end the fiscal in
the black. Please pray for this
financial need to be met by God’s people who believe in the cause of youth
becoming life-long followers of Jesus.
Tuesday – Pray for our City Life outreach in the
Bellevue neighborhood of Schenectady that meets this afternoon.
Pray for the monthly youth
leader’s luncheon hosted at YFC today.
Ask God to continue to build unity within this group of youth leaders in
the Clifton Park area.
Wednesday – Pray for our Campus Life outreach in
Greenville that meets this afternoon and for our City Life outreach in Albany
that meets tonight.
Pray for Ray Lightcap
who serves as the Spiritual Development Director for our staff. Pray for his time with God each day to grow
more and more vibrant.
Thursday – Pray for our Campus Life outreach in
East Dorset, VT that meets this afternoon and for our Parent Life outreach that
meets on the second and fourth Thursday of the month.
Praise God for the
people who came to hear about this ministry last week. Several of those in attendance have an interest
in having a City Life ministry started in Troy (Lansingburgh). Pray for God’s leading and provision for a
ministry to begin.
Friday – Pray for our Campus Life outreach in
Scotia-Glenville that meets tonight.
Praise God for a
great retreat last weekend with area youth leaders. Ask God to build upon what was started in us
as individuals and how to grow the group numerically.
Saturday – Pray
for DeWayne (Clifton Park Campus Life) as he is working on a soccer ministry to
introduce teens to Christ.
Sunday – Pray for me as I preach at my church
this morning (Connecting Point Church in East Greenbush).
Monday – Pray for our Campus Life outreach
meetings in Clifton Park and Cambridge and our City Life outreach in
Schenectady tonight.
