Financial need for my ministry position (Ministry Development)

After the first six months of YFC’s fiscal year there is a deficit in my position’s budget of approximately $12,000 ($2,000 per month).  For January- June my position’s budget needs $8,367 per month to make up the deficit for the first 6 months and end the fiscal in the black. Please pray for this financial need to be met by God’s people who believe in the cause of youth becoming life-long followers of Jesus.

Tuesday – Praise God for a good and safe ice climbing trip for Steve and the teens last week.

Wednesday – Pray for the teens in our Greenville Campus Life ministry to walk faithfully with God.

Thursday – Pray for the teens in our Teen Parents and City Life ministries to follow Christ each and every day.

Friday – Praise God for each of our volunteers who invest their time into the lives of teens for Christ.

Saturday – Pray for Allen Bishop (Scotia/Glenville Campus Life for high school students) and Spencer Martin (After-School program/Clifton Park Campus Life for middle school students) who are in the beginning phase of joining our staff team at CDYFC.

Sunday – Pray for me as I share the ministry of YFC at Brunswick Church this morning.

Monday – Pray for Ashley Young (Albany City Life Director), the pastor and congregation at New Hope Church in Rensselaer and myself as we work together to reach out to the people in the neighborhood where the church is located.

Financial need for my ministry position (Ministry Development)

Tuesday – Pray for Steve Prettyman and the teens and adults with him on an ice climbing trip through Wednesday.

Wednesday – Pray for our staff and volunteers as they have more opportunities to be with teens during this week of school break.

Thursday – Pray for the teens who are struggling with a difficult home life.

Friday – Pray for God to send us more volunteers that have the time to connect with teens.

Saturday – Pray for the parents of the teens we work with in our ministries.

Sunday – Pray for the pastors in your community.

Monday – Praise God for all the people who financial support this ministry.

YFC Prayer Requests and Praises for February 11 - 17, 2104

Financial need for my ministry position (Ministry Development)

After the first six months of YFC’s fiscal year there is a deficit in my position’s budget of approximately $12,000 ($2,000 per month).  For January- June my position’s budget needs $8,367 per month to make up the deficit for the first 6 months and end the fiscal in the black. Please pray for this financial need to be met by God’s people who believe in the cause of youth becoming life-long followers of Jesus.

Tuesday – Praise God for the $9,240 that was given towards my position’s ministry budget during January.  Praise God for a new monthly supporter at $100 a month.

Wednesday – Pray for the middle school and high school students involved in our Campus Life ministries this week.  Most of these teens do not have a relationship with God through Jesus, please pray that they would become life-long followers of Christ.

Thursday – Pray for Dave Lenehan who serves as our conference director as he continues to work on Break Out (middle school conference) coming up in March.

Friday – Pray for the monies needed to make the necessary changes to the kitchen at the City Life Center in Schenectady.  It is currently unusable and one of our City Life ministries and our Teen Parents ministry uses this building to reach teens for Christ.

Saturday – Praise God for the volunteers involved in each of our ministries. 

Sunday – Pray for our administrative staff team today, Pamela, Michele, Janet and Jillian.

Monday – Pray for Ray Lightcap who serves as our Spiritual Development Director.

Tuesday – Pray for the kids and teens that are part of our outreach in the Bellevue and Hamilton Hill neighborhoods in Schenectady.  Pray for them to become life-long followers of Christ.

Wednesday – Pray for the teens that are part of our outreach in the Greenville.  Pray for them to become life-long followers of Christ.

Thursday – Pray for the young moms that are part of our Teen Parents outreach.  Pray for them to become life-long followers of Christ.

Friday – Pray for the teens that are part of our outreach in the East Dorset, VT.  Pray for them to become life-long followers of Christ.

Saturday – Pray for the teens that are part of our outreach in the Clifton Park.  Pray for them to become life-long followers of Christ.

Sunday – Pray for the teens that are part of our outreach in the Cambridge.  Pray for them to become life-long followers of Christ.

Monday – Pray for the kids and teens that are part of our outreach in the Arbor Hill neighborhood in Albany.  Pray for them to become life-long followers of Christ.
