YFC Prayer Requests/Praises for October 29 – November 4, 2013

Please continue to pray for Chris and John Richmond as Chris continues her fight against cancer. 

Tuesday – Pray for our Point Break team who are working with the students and staff from South Colonie High School this today and tomorrow.  (Point Break is our anti-bullying program).

Wednesday – Pray for our administrative staff team as they prepare for the banquets (Nov 10 and 14), Excel (Jan 17-19) and the everyday tasks that go along with keeping this ministry working well.

Thursday – Pray for our staff and volunteers as they spend time with teens during the week at clubs, small groups or hanging out one on one.  Pray that the teens we invest in will surrender their lives to Jesus.

Friday – Pray for the staff and volunteers as we head to PA for YFC’s Regional Conference today and our return on Sunday.

Saturday – Pray for those of us at this conference as we learn about working together and growing in our faith in Christ.  Pray also for me as I teach one of the Campus Life workshops today.

Sunday – Praise God for the opportunity to teach 3Story at Loudonville Community Church these past two weeks.  Pray for those who attended as they take what they learned and start to apply it to how they share their faith in Christ with their friends who do not know Jesus as Lord and Savior.

Monday – Praise God for the people who are interested in volunteering in some way with YFC.  May God get all the glory!

YFC Prayer Requests/Praises for October 22 - 28, 2013

Please continue to pray for Chris and John Richmond as Chris continues her fight against cancer. 

Tuesday – Praise God for all the kids coming to our afterschool outreach in Schenectady.  Pray for our ministry team as they minister to the kids today and for me as I go to lend a helping hand.

Wednesday – Continue to pray for our weekly club ministry in Greenville and Albany as both hold their weekly clubs today.  Praise God for the adults who are interested in becoming volunteers for this ministry.

Thursday – Pray for our Teen Parents ministry in Schenectady, for the young moms that are involved with us that they would begin to start serving Jesus with their lives.

Friday – Pray for God to provide financially for this ministry.  Pray that more people and churches will start supporting this ministry in a monthly basis. 

Saturday – Pray for the Christians who invest their time at our climbing gym (The Edge) to climb and build Christ centered relationships with other climbers who do not follow Jesus yet.

Sunday – Pray for Domonica, Ashley and myself as we present 3Story (relational evangelism) this morning at Loudonville Community Church.  Praise God for our time at LCC last week.

Monday – Continue to pray for our weekly ministries that take place on Monday nights in the following communities; Clifton Park, Cambridge, Albany and Schenectady.  Pray for those teens to become followers of Jesus.

YFC Prayer Requests/Praises for October 15 -21, 2013

Please continue to pray for Chris and John Richmond as Chris continues her fight against cancer. 

Tuesday – Pray for God to provide financially for this ministry.  Pray that more people and churches will start supporting this ministry in a monthly basis.

Wednesday – Pray for our weekly club ministry in Greenville and Albany as both hold their weekly clubs today.

Thursday – Pray for our weekly club ministry in East Dorset, VT.

Friday – Praise God for the opportunities the YFC staff and volunteers had this week to demonstrate God’s love and compassion this week.

Saturday – Pray for our staff that have been and will be presenting YFC at mission conferences this month.

Sunday – Pray for Domonica, Ashley and myself as we present 3Story (relational evangelism) this morning at Loudonville Community Church.

Monday – Pray for our weekly ministries that take place on Monday nights in the following communities; Clifton Park, Cambridge and Schenectady.

YFC Prayer Requests/Praises for October 8-14, 2013

Please continue to pray for Chris and John Richmond as Chris continues her fight against cancer. 

Tuesday – Praise God for the 100 kids/teens involved with Schenectady City Life last week.

Wednesday – Continue to pray for our volunteer needs in our Albany City Life ministry. We are in need of 4-5 volunteers (male and female).

Thursday –Continue to pray for Domonica as she builds relationships with other organizations in Schenectady to raise the awareness of our ministry to young moms. 

Friday – Tonight I will be sharing the ministry of YFC at Hoosic Valley Community Church during their missions focus weekend.  Praise God for this church’s faithful support of YFC.

Saturday – Pray for the teens involved in our climbing teams.  Pray that they will grow in their knowledge of Christ and His desire to have a relationship with them.

Sunday – Praise God for the people who are hosting and/or sponsoring a table at one of YFC’s annual banquets (Nov 10, 14 and 17).

Monday – Pray for our Campus Life ministry in Cambridge as tonight is the first meeting at our new location and our first Monday night meeting. Pray for our new volunteers too.
