YFC Prayer Requests/Praises for May 21 – June 4, 2013

Please continue to pray for Chris and John Richmond as Chris continues her fight against cancer. 

May 21 – May 27

Tuesday – My time away with the Campus Life Regional team was very successful last week.  Praise God for His people working for the interest of His Kingdom. 

Wednesday – Continue to pray for our staff as they gather this morning for our weekly staff meeting.  Pray for our Campus Life ministry in Greenville this afternoon and pray for our Albany City Life ministry that meets with kids tonight in Arbor Hill.

Thursday – Pray for me as I present YFC to the East Greenbush Rotary group tonight.

Friday – I will be on vacation for a little over a week starting today.  Pray that I am able to enjoy some down time and experience abundant life in Jesus while away from my every day schedule of ministry.

Saturday – Continue to pray for the financial needs of this ministry to be met each month. Continue to pray for new monthly supporters for this ministry.  My ministry department needs 39 new donors at $50 a month or the financial equivalent.

Sunday – Last Sunday I had the privilege to speak at Grafton Baptist Church during a tender time in the life of this congregation.  Please lift them up in prayer as they continue to grieve for their former pastor, Bill O’Dell.

Continue to pray for our Campus Life ministry in Clifton Park to continue to grow.

Monday – Continue to pray for our JUMP OFF ministry in Schenectady that meets tonight with middle school and high school aged teens.

May 28 – June 4

Tuesday – Continue to pray for our new City Life ministry to kids in the Bellevue neighborhood of Schenectady. 

Wednesday – Pray for Dave Lenehan (Conference Director and facilities Manager) as he finishes this week of ministry before his 6 week sabbatical begins on Monday.

Thursday – Continue to pray for our Teen Parents ministry in Schenectady and for our Campus Life ministry in East Dorset, VT.

Friday –Continue to pray for our Campus Life ministry in Cambridge.  Ask God to send more volunteers soon as we get more teens as the weather gets warmer.  Pray also for a staff person for this community.

Pray for me as I take a vacation break and help lead a youth leader retreat at Christ the King Spiritual Retreat Center this weekend.  Pray also for the youth leaders who will be attending.

Sunday –Continue to pray for our Campus Life ministry in Clifton Park to continue to grow. Pray for 4 more volunteers to join the ministry.

Monday – Continue to pray for our JUMP OFF ministry in Schenectady that meets tonight with middle school and high school aged teens.

Tuesday – I return to work today.  Pray that I am able to serve with energy and focus.

YFC Prayer Requests/Praises for May 14 - 20, 2013

Please continue to pray for Chris and John Richmond as Chris continues her fight against cancer. 

Tuesday – Pray for our new City Life ministry to kids in the Bellevue neighborhood of Schenectady. 

Pray for my safe travel on Wednesday and Friday.  Flying to Philly and then driving to southern NJ for the annual Campus Life Regional Team Retreat on Wed and returning on Friday.  Pray for us as we discuss ways to strengthen the ministry of Campus Life in the Northeast.

YFC Prayer Requests/Praises for May 7 -13, 2013

Please continue to pray for Chris and John Richmond as Chris continues her fight against cancer. 

Tuesday – Pray for our efforts to begin ministry again in Averill Park.  There is a group of people gathering to pray every Tuesday morning from 9-10 to seek God for direction in starting this ministry with the right people in place and enough resources committed to keep it going year after year.

Wednesday – Pray for our staff as we gather this morning for our weekly staff meeting.  Pray for our Campus Life ministry in Greenville this afternoon and pray for our Albany City Life ministry that meets with kids tonight in Arbor Hill.

Thursday – Pray for our Teen Parents ministry in Schenectady and for our Campus Life ministry in East Dorset, VT.

Friday –Continue to pray for our Campus Life ministry in Cambridge.  Ask God to send more volunteers soon as we get more teens as the weather gets warmer.  Pray also for a staff person for this community.

Saturday – Praise God for a good turnout last Saturday for our Silent Auction event.

Sunday – Pray for our Campus Life ministry in Clifton Park to continue to grow. Praise God for 2 new teens that came last Sunday night.

Monday – Continue to pray for our JUMP OFF ministry in Schenectady that meets tonight with middle school and high school aged teens.

Pray for my meeting in Berne tonight as I gather with others to pray and share more about YFC.

Saturday – Pray for our Silent Auction event today.  Along with the auction there is a BBQ and country line dancing.  Pray that those attending will become more committed to the cause of reaching our youth for Christ.

Sunday – This morning I will be sharing the ministry of YFC at Grafton Community Church during their service.  Pray that I will share what God wants me to and I will be a blessing to those in attendance.

Monday – Continue to pray for our JUMP OFF ministry in Schenectady that meets tonight with middle school and high school aged teens. Please pray for two of the kids whose mom died earlier this week.
