Prayer Requests for February 23 – March 1, 2010

(2/23) Tuesday – Pray for staff and volunteers to protect their time alone with God each and every day. Praise God for wanting a deep abiding relationship with us.

(2/24) Wednesday – Pray for the teens involved in YFC that have yet to become His followers. Praise God for those teens who have started that exciting journey of faith in Christ.

(2/25) Thursday – Pray for the Point Break (anti-bully) program today with high school students from Schenectady. Praise god for the successful pilot program for the middle school version called Gotcha Back.

(2/26) Friday – Pray for pastors and ministry leaders who are meeting today at Christ the King Retreat Center for a day of prayer. Praise God for what He will do in our hearts and minds today.

(2/27) Saturday – Pray for Dave Lenehan as we are about 2 ½ weeks out from Break Out (March 12-14). (Dave is our conference director for Excel and Break Out).

(2/28) Sunday – Pray for the leadership of your church.

(3/1) Monday – Praise God for the CDYFC Board members as they give of their time and talents to this ministry.

Prayer Requests for February 16 - 22, 2010

(2/16) Tuesday – Pray for Tim Hvizdak and I as we meet with a group of adults who are interested in starting a YFC Juvenile Justice ministry at Berkshire Farm Center
in Canaan, NY.

(2/17) Wednesday – Pray for me as I speak to teens from several churches in the Berlin/Stephentown/Petersburg communities. Pray that God would speak through me and for the teens to respond to the call God has on their lives.

(2/18) Thursday – Pray for my meeting with a couple who are interested in seeing a YFC ministry get re-established in the Clifton Park and Mechanicville communities.

(2/19) Friday – Pray for our City Life team who are away at Good Tidings Camp for their annual Snow Blast retreat. Pray that the teens who do not know Christ will become His followers this weekend.

(2/20) Saturday – Pray for my meeting with the volunteers in Cambridge as we meet this morning from 9-12.

(2/21) Sunday – Praise God for the blessings he gives us because of our obedience to Him.

(2/22) Monday – Praise God for the financial partners of YFC.

Prayer Requests for February 9 - 15, 2010

(2/9) Tuesday – Praise God again for getting me home safely from Midwinter last week. Pray for those still trying to get home.

(2/10) Wednesday – Pray for me as I lead a training time at staff meeting today.

Praise God for the training I received while at Midwinter.

(2/11) Thursday – Pray for the financial needs to YFC. Praise God for the monies He has brought in and ask Him to bring in more.

(2/12) Friday – Pray for the teens in juvenile detention centers and in our jails. Praise God for those people who are going to these teens to bring the Gospel.

(2/13) Saturday – Pray for our Teen Parents ministries in Schenectady and Troy. Praise God that the Troy group has begun.

(2/14) Sunday – Pray for those churches that are struggling to grow in their outreach to their communities.

(2/15) Monday – Pray for Dave as he continues to work on the Break Out conference coming up in March (12-14).

Prayer Requests for February 2-8, 2010

Thank you for your continued prayers!

(2/2) Tuesday – Thanks for your prayers for safe arrival in Florida yesterday. Thank God for all the YFC staff who arrived safely yesterday.

(2/3) Wednesday – Pray for the YFC/USA staff who are leading this conference I am attending and for God to teach me this week.

(2/4) Thursday – Pray for the Troy Teen Parents meeting tonight with the girls.

Thank God for the team of volunteers He has put together.

(2/5) Friday – Pray for my safe travel home today as well as the other staff who are traveling tonight.

(2/6) Saturday – Praise God for the gym night last week in New Lebanon. Thank God for the teens who came and heard the message of the importance of choices we make everyday.

(2/7) Sunday – Pray for the leadership of your church and for God to move mightily in your own life this month.

(2/8) Monday – Pray for me as I work on a training series for our staff at upcoming staff meetings.
