Prayer Requests for January 26 – February 1, 2010

Thank you for your continued prayers!

(1/26) Tuesday – Pray for meetings with the Schenectady Teen Parents staff this morning. Pray for God to continue to develop this team to do His work.

Pray for my meeting tonight with potential YFC volunteers.

Praise that God saw Dave and I through our training last week in Maryland.

(1/27) Wednesday – Pray for the staff as we gather for staff meeting this morning and for the training segment that I will be leading.

Praise God for all the pastors who meet weekly to pray for their communities.

(1/28) Thursday – Pray for the Troy Teen Parents volunteer meeting tonight.

Thank God for the support of the Christian community for YFC.

(1/29) Friday – Thank God for days of refreshing and getting recharged.

(1/30) Saturday – Pray for my meeting with the North Bennington volunteers and for the Gym Night event with teens in New Lebanon this evening.

(1/31) Sunday – Praise God for your church and your pastor.

(2/1) Monday – Pray for my safe travel to Orlando, FL for YFC/USA MidWinter conference this morning and for the training sessions I will be at this afternoon.

Prayer Requests for January 12 - 18, 2010

(1/12)Tuesday – Praise that I am feeling much better this week.

Pray for Dave Lenehan as Excel begins this weekend. Pray for his health and energy to be at full strength.

(1/13) Wednesday – Pray for John Richmond as he leads our leadership team meeting this morning.

(1/14) Thursday – Pray for safety as we load the u-haul for Excel this morning.

Pray for the staff and volunteers leading Point Break today (8-2:30).

Praise God for the teenager who came to Troy Teen Parents last week, she has felt very disconnected from others and really enjoyed being able to share her story.

(1/15) Friday – Pray for the official start of Excel this evening. Pray for safety as we set up during the day.

(1/16) Saturday – Continue to pray for the youth leaders and teens at Excel this weekend.

(1/17) Sunday – Pray for the program staff and volunteers working this weekend at Excel.

(1/18) Monday – Pray for the groups as they head home today from Excel and for safety for those of us who stay behind to tear down.

Praise God for all He has done this weekend in each of our lives while at Excel!

Prayer Requests for January 5 - 11, 2010

(1/5) Tuesday – Pray for me to get rid of this head cold and for me to have the energy I need to properly focus on all the tasks in front of me.

(1/6) Wednesday – Pray for our staff as we gather thus morning for our staff meeting. Pray for Andy L. as leads a training segment on planning.

(1/7) Thursday – Pray for the Troy Teen Parents volunteers today as they have their first meeting with the Teen Moms tonight.

(1/8) Friday – Continue to pray for John Richmond, Executive Director, as he leads the ministry team at Capital District YFC. Pray for him to protect his time with God each and every day.

(1/9) Saturday – Continue to pray for Dave Lenehan who is our Excel Conference Director. Pray for Dave as he coordinates many responsibilities to make this conference a weekend God will use in mighty and powerful ways to further the Kingdom of God. Pray for him to remain healthy and go have restful sleep each night.

(1/10) Sunday – Pray for the church youth groups who will be attending Excel next weekend. Pray for the youth leaders as they prepare for this conference personally and for them as they minister to the teens God has called them to invest into.

(1/11) Monday – Pray for the ministry in New Lebanon and for the volunteers to continue to build good relationships with the teens and for even more opportunities to share the Gospel with more and more non-Christian teens.
